The Puerto Rican Leadership Council is a fraternal organization made up of Puerto Ricans and individuals who identify with Puerto Rico living in Florida. The mission of the PRLC is to discover and then expose its members to new and exciting opportunities.

This initiative emerged as a consensus among community leaders for a need to promote economic, political, and civic participation and advancement among Puerto Ricans.

The main goal of the  organization is to create an environment for Puerto Ricans and others living in Central Florida to network with business and professional prospects that fit their personal and/or business profile.
